Muay Thai
Our flagship Muay Thai training program is designed for people with intermediate level knowledge of Muay Thai and above. The session is based on traditional Thai structures that include a light cardio warm-up, technical drills, clinch rounds, padwork, sparring & cool downs.
The sessions are fully coached, but there is no instruction on Muay Thai Fundamentals covered in the foundation program. The goal of these sessions is to develop confidence in applying Muay Thai techniques with control, timing and precision while in full physical flow. While the focus is to become a better martial artist through this training program, it is also designed to provide an excellent workout and is scalable for various levels of fitness.
The following equipment is required for these sessions:
12 to 16 Ounce Muay Thai Gloves
Shinpads [with insteps]
Handwraps
Mouth Guard (absolutely necessary)
Groin Protection
Jogging ShoesMuay Thai Fundamentals
In this 4 month foundation program, we will cover the basic techniques of Muay Thai. No training experience is required.
We will cover the Muay Thai stance, guard and movement;
how to defend; how to strike and most importantly, how to put all of these things together. There is no sparring during the Muay Thai Fundamentals program.These sessions will enable you to start your martial arts journey in a safe and respectful environment. Although they are focused on teaching basic techniques, the Muay Thai Fundamentals sessions are designed to provide an excellent workout, scalable for various levels of fitness.
This program is ideal for people:
· with little to no martial art training
· looking to learn a physical skill while getting fit
· interested in starting their martial art journey
· who want to build confidence and self-beliefThe following equipment is required for these sessions:

Mouth Guard (to prevent accidental injury)
Groin Protection (to prevent accidental injury)Children [ages 7 to 14]
This program caters for children & young teenagers, exploring what it is to train a martial art, while covering the basic techniques of Muay Thai
These sessions are 30min, one on one training sessions with the coach.
This program is ideal for kids that are:
· looking for a fun and engaging, alternative physical challenge outside of the school environment
· interested in exploring martial arts
· developing self belief, and physical and mental confidence
· looking to develop fitness
· keen to develop co-ordination
The following equipment is required for these sessions:
6 to 12 Ounce Muay Thai/ Boxing Gloves
Shin Pads [with insteps]
Hand WrapsPrivate Training
We run private one on one sessions based on our coaches availability. These sessions are usually centred around technical aspeacts of Muay Thai and/ or Padwork.
Sessions are 50min long and can be booked for up to 2 people per session.
